RMS students in Mr. Kamrath's 6th grade Illustrative Math classes recently worked on a collaborative math activity using measurement in which they had to find the length, volume and mass of various items.
Webster Elementary School held Cool, Awesome and Terrific Students (CATS) lunch on Friday, November 17. Each month Brad Clark, Webster principal, eats lunch with a group of Cool, Awesome and Terrific Students. These students are picked by teachers in grades 5K-5 for making great gains in an academic area or working super hard.

WHS students Jeremiah Letts and Jhonny Bido had the best overall record in the Volleyball round robin for their 3rd hour Team Sports class.

Watertown High School Key Club is a volunteer based student organization. Students are provided various volunteer opportunities throughout the school year. These volunteer opportunities can be within the school district as well as the Watertown community. Please reach out to Mrs. Fuller, Key Club advisor, with any volunteer opportunities that can be shared with our high school students.

Mrs. Canenguez's classroom at Schurz School celebrated All Saint’s Day on November 1st. To celebrate, they remembered the famous Gigantic Kites made in Guatemala.
Earlier in October, Watertown High School students were treated to a German Fest sponsored by our local chapter of the National German Honor Society. First hour classes competed in a daily trivia contest to win root beer floats and warm pretzels--Ms. Meissner's class enjoyed the prize! Students also looked for a new daily hiding sport for Hannah the Bear, winning German chocolate for bringing her back. After school, students guessed how many German candies were in a jar--congratulations to Connor Hawes for coming closest!
