The Watertown High School Junior Prom was held this past Saturday, May 4, in the WHS Commons. The theme for the evening was “Premiere Night.” This year’s Prom was attended by 400 students, with more than 300 students also attending Post Prom at the Watertown Elks Lodge. Junior Megan Doherty was crowned Queen at the event and junior Xavier Quintero was crowned King.

On Monday, May 6, Riverside Middle School had the privilege of inducting 30 outstanding students into the National Junior Honor Society. These students were recognized for demonstrating excellence in the areas of scholarship, leadership, service, character and citizenship. The students are resourceful and dependable problem-solvers who uphold principles of morality and ethics. They are excited to promote school activities and exemplify positive attitudes about life. We look forward to seeing the positive impact they will continue to make in our school and community. Congratulations to the new inductees! #WatertownWay
