National Honor Society
The National Honor Society (NHS) is a nationwide organization of high school students. Selection is based on four criteria: scholarship (academic achievement), leadership, service and character. The Watertown Chapter consists of students in grades 11 and 12 who have demonstrated achievement in these four areas and applied for membership.

Application Materials
In January of each academic school year a letter to apply for membership is sent out to all students who meet the membership requirements. The requirements include the following:
The student must be a in 10th or 11th grade at Watertown High School or Endeavor Charter School.
The student must have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.
Completing an application does not guarantee membership. Applications are reviewed by a five member faculty council. Students who are accepted for membership will be notified in March.
