Positivity: A positive attitude leads to a fun atmosphere and gets us to our goals.

Hard Work: Hard work is expected at each practice.

Goals: We set difficult but attainable goals each season and expect the gymnasts to also set their own goals.

Girls Gymnastics: Gymnastics is a sport involving agility, coordination, balance, and endurance. Working hard, focusing, and concentration help the gymnast achieve major goals and perform well. There are four events on which gymnasts can compete; uneven bars, floor exercise, balance beam, and vault.  Gymnasts can compete at either a JV B/2, JV A/1, or Varsity level. Five girls compete on every event, 5 for JV B/2, 5 for JV A/1, and 5 for varsity.  Practices are held Monday-Friday from 3:45pm-5:30pm with Thanksgiving and winter break practices from 8am-10am.  Dual Meets are held mostly on Tuesday or Thursday nights. In addition to the Dual Meets there are also multiple Saturday Invitationals.
